Union Hospital

Union Hospital sponsors a large number of Health & Wellness Events throughout the year. Some of these events are free, some are not. Some require registration or an appointment.

In the past, registration was handled manually, over the phone. All that changed when we set them up with a customized online events management system. Now, the Health & Wellness Coordinator can administrate the hospitals programs with the click of a mouse. And registration is handled through the web site. As a matter of fact, registrants can even select an appointment time and the specific services they require. An email confirmation of their registration and cost (if any) is automatically sent to them.

The Result?

The process has become much smoother both for Union Hospital personnel and registrants. And the Events area of the web site has become one of the most active on the entire site, even boosting overall traffic to the site.
